Bound in light brown leather over pasteboard, gilt-tooled mostly rubbed, central 6-pointed star in a circle with dots in and around the star centered between two sets of rectangles, double frame; inside covers have block-stamped pattern.

Written in nastaʻlīq script in black ink; pointed.
