Summary
Printed ketubah form in red and black with manuscript standard ketubah text in black ink in Aramaic in Sephardic semi-cursive script. Decorative border and columns, wood-block engravings of various holy sites. Numerous verses from Scripture in block Hebrew print surrounding the ketubah text. Wedding took place on 12 Adar 5680 (2 March 1920), in Tetouan, Morocco. Groom signed at bottom with two additional signatures. Form printed Yerushalaim ba-defus ha-gadol Leṿi ṿe-shutafaṿ.

- The wedding took place on the Third day [Tues.] of the week, 12th day of the month of Adar, in the year 5680 [2 March 1920] in the city of Ṭiṭuʼan. The groom is Barukh ben ... k.m. ha-R. Daṿid zal ben ... k. mo. ha-R. Yehudah z.l.h.h. ha-mekhuneh Dabda. The bride is Lunah ... bat ... R. Ḥaviv ha-Leṿi n. ʻE. bar ... R. Amram ha-Leṿi n. ʻE. Witnesses: Yaʻaḳov Khalfon, Ṿidal Yiśraʼel.
