Slip cut from a letter addressed To the Reverend Dr. Sterne at Mr. Becket's Bookseller in the Strand, from an unknown correspondent, countersigned by Sterne on April 4th, 1767. The fragment on the verso seems to be part of a list of expenses in various hands in both English and French.
