• Title from colophon and f. 10v. Correct Sanskrit would be Bhūtaśuddhiprāṇapratiṣṭhāntaramātṛkābahirmātṛkāḥ. F. 1r provides a shorter version of the title, as a heading in another hand: Bhūtaśuddhiprāṇapratiṣṭhā.
   
• The text is largely the same as that of UPenn Ms. Coll. 390, Item 1434. See also Item 597, Item 2858, etc.
   
• Written 9-11 lines per leaf.
   
• Good condition. First and last leaves brown and very stained. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black.
   
• Begins (f. 1r): śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ om̐ adyetyādi * amukakarma kariṣye tadaṁga āsanādi kariṣye utpataṁtv iha bhūtāni pṛthivyaṁtaravāsinā āsanādau namaskṛtya brahmakarma samārabhet apasarpaṁtu ye bhūtā ye bhūtā bhūmisaṁsthitā ye bhūtā vighnakartāras te nasyantu śivājñayā
