• Dated śaka 1751 (1821) in the cyclical year named Sarvadhārī, during the Uttarāyaṇasūrya (December-June), in Vasanta (Spring), in the month of Madhu (March-April), during the dark half of the month, on Bhaumavāra (Tuesday). (f. 20r).
   
• Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out, some corrections in margins, text highlighted in red throughout, vertical margins marked with double red line.
