Dated saṃvat 1890 (1837) (f. 364r); the "saṃvat" is not stated in the manuscript, but the work was acquired by the University of Pennsylvania before the possibility of it being the śaka designation, which would make it 1968 A.D., and thus the manuscript must be from 1837 A.D.

Manuscript is a grammatical treatise, an arrangement and commentary on the sūtras of the grammarian Pāṇini, along with a parallel commentary by Nāgeśabhaṭṭa, which runs horizontally above and below the main text. Manuscript is incomplete and in three parts, but contains most of the work.
