Text is written on one side only, along the fibers. There are three columns of text in two hands; the second added corrections and marks in the margin, but the two hands are very similar and not easily distinguishable. This material includes some marginal marks and horizontal strokes between some lines.

Col. 1 is 52 lines.

Col. 2 is 50 lines.

Col. 3 is 49 lines but 10 (28-37) are lost.

Provenance

Excavated by Grenfell and Hunt (1896-7) on behalf of the Egyptian Exploration Fund, and donated to the University Museum in return for its support (1901, Dr. Parrish Collection).
