This manuscript is a fragment containing Suetonius' "Lives of the Twelve Caesars," breaking off in the middle of the Life of Julius Caesar.

- Leaf from a Book of Hours (Hours of the Virgin, Compline) tipped in to back flyleaf; leaf from the same Book of Hours is tipped in to Lewis AL 025.8 B56 between folios 46-47
- A fragment, breaking off in the middle of the Life of Julius Ceasar; table of contents lists the other books of Suetonius's Lives, the last one beginning on fol. 131
- Hand that wrote the table of contents is different from that of the main text; same hand wrote the running titles that appear on each page; Greek inscription on folio 9v also in a different hand
