Gilbert: "Father van der Sanden [?] now at the Cathedral, says that the inscription on the next page is Flemish; it is written off below and a translation added by him; W.J.G. May 29/89"; a transcription and translation follow; on the verso of the second end leaf are notes about the manuscript that have been erased, "written on vellum" can still be discerned; on the recto of fol. 1, the inscription "Petrus Ysermans horst toe desen boeck" [This book belongs to Peter Ysermans]; illegible inscription at the top of fol. 1r "G.
