The opening rubric attributes the translation to Bernaldo, bishop of Osma (fol. 1r), but the translation, along with its glosses, is now attributed to Juan García de Castrojeriz. The work is divided into three books, which are subdivided into parts; the parts are marked with pages with full illuminated borders and each chapter has an illuminated initial.Castilian, SpanishDe regimine principumGiles, of Rome, Archbishop of Bourges, approximately 1243-1316translatorGarcía de Castrojeriz, Juan, active 15th centuryformer ownerVallejo, C.
