 139 unnumbered leaves : 205 x 126 (147 x 81) mm, bound to 208 x 134 mm 15 lines in two columns. Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed. Gilt and polychrome illuminated headpiece (f. 1v) with cloudbands on the first opening (f. 1v-2r); textblock border-ruled in gold and blue; page opening frame ruled in gold. Lacquered cover with floral composition on mica-flecked dark red ground with green border and lighter green frame; inside covers have gold foliate scrolls on bright red ground with same lighter green frame.
