 41 foliated leaves : 340 x 260 (300 x 190) mm Modern foliation in pencil added, upper left recto; leaf 5 is numbered as both 5 and 6; leaves 35 and 36 are both numbered 35. 8 long lines with interlinear gloss. Written in thuluth in black ink; pointed and vocalized.

Frame cover of dark leather with red leather sides, raised false bands, and gold tooling used as a wrapper for loose text leaves. There is no clear evidence that these leaves were formerly bound into the cover.

An insert says these leaves are 14th century.
