Brown leather with blind-stamped central mandorla, includes partial envelope flap with blind stamped inscription; doublures stencilled in red; pastedowns across the envelope flap indicate binding repair in or after 1311 A.H. (1893-94 CE).

Copy completed by Burhān ibn Waḥīd, known as Zayn al-Dīn al-Khawāfī at the beginning of Jumādá al-Thānī in 944 A.H. (1537 CE) (f. 410r).
