 vii, 62, viii leaves : 336 x 220 (280 x 163) mm, bound to 345 x 229 mm 33 lines per page. Written in naskh and thuluth, chiefly in black ink; pointed, vocalized. Dual page illuminated first opening in blue, gold, orange (f. 1r-2v); gold foliate marginal fill on every page; textblock border-ruled in orange, blue, gold; pages gold-sprinkled; larger lines alternating red on a white field and black on a gold field; marginal section divisions and some sūrah titles in white ink on a gold field. The final page is gold-sprinkled, ruled and decorated, but unwritten (f. 62v). Bookplate: "George A.
