44 unnumbered leaves : 145 x 80 (105 x 55) mm, bound to 145 x 80 mm 13 lines in two columns; catchwords every verso, lower left. Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed. Textblock border ruled in pink and blue with page-opening ruled in pink. Interlinear gold wash to resemble cloudbands probably added by a later hand; it partially obscures the titles in some instances. Titles in red. Bookplate: "George A. Plimpton"

Brown leather with blind stamped oblong cartouche and blind tooled frame.

Item is dated 1236 AH and was copied by Muḥammad Jaʻfar ibn Muḥammad Rafīʻ Kirmānī (f. 43r)
