Hair side and flesh side are distinguishable. The manuscript is imperfect at the beginning, and there is a gap after folio 152. Erased text (folio 26v). Ruling by hard point (bifolium by bifolium) and pricking (in outer margins only) are visible. Italian square and semi-cursive script, partially punctuated. Mosheh ben Yeḳutiel Ḥefets Tsifroni: inscribed with his name in the colophon, Forli, [5]143 [1383] (folio 323v); probably his arms (folio 259v, 325).
