• Incipit and explicit: "Apicii Celii Epimeles Liber Primus incipit foeliciter (f. 1r) ... "Apicii Celii Alieveslibus [sic] liber Decimus et Ultimus explicit foeliciter" (f. 29v).
   
• The word "Diligentia" is written over "Epimeles" in the incipit, in a later hand.
