- Verse endings denoted by a sof pasuḳ; The fragment contains verses מ-ת from the alphabetic acrostic, each ends ברוך. The piyyut ends ויברך כל בשר שם קדשיך. The next piyyut is ordered תשר״ק, each verse rhymes דיך- followed by the key word לבדיך. The beginning is illegible. The fragment reaches verse פ.
- Condition: damaged, losses from exterior corners, stained and faded.
