- The first 31 lines list dead notables, l. 32 recto - l. 7 verso add blessings for their living decendants, the last nine lines are a blessing for the community, and its leader the Nagid Moses (Maimonides). Outstanding is the mention of R. Peraḥya (l. 17) who was martyred.
- Condition: complete, damaged.
