- 1 fol. : cropped, torn in upper edge; marginalia.
- There are five marginal inscriptions of the incipits for text division used in the common, standard format of Hilkhot Alfasi: מתני, פיס and סליק] פירקא]. The center of the folio included some Hebrew text and the beginning of Mishnah Berakhot I 1. Presumably, these too are exercises, possibly for an Alfasi copyist; sporadic vocalization.
