Summary

Printed ketubah form with manuscript standard ketubah text in black ink in Aramaic in Sephardic semi-cursive script. Decorative border and columns, crowns above columns, and wood-block engravings of the Western Wall, Rachel's Tomb, and Tomb of Rabbi Meir Baal Haness. Verses from Scripture in block Hebrew print surrounding the ketubah text: abridged verse from Ruth (4:11) and abridged verses from Jeremiah (33:10 and 15:9) at the top; verses from Proverbs 31 (abridged verse 10; verses 29-30) inside left and right borders; verse from Proverbs (18:22) in right column and abridged verse from Ecclesiastes (9:9) in left column. Wedding took place on 25 Elul 5677 (12 Sept. 1917), in Tiberias, Israel. Groom signature between witness signatures, on top of two revenue stamps. Form printed by Defus Sh. Tsuḳerman.
