Written in 30-32 long lines with marginal notes for the first eleven lectures (through f. 19v); text block dimensions temporarily change to 243 x 148 mm at the beginning of the lectures on the fifth book of the Physics (f. 156r-174v).

Written in an italic script by a single hand, with f. 161v-164v possibly in a second hand.
