The petition has 62 points and covers f. 1-19 of the manuscript. It is dated 11 May 1771 (f. 19v). There are the remains of a seal on f. 1r. Also includes a royal address to "el rector del Colegio del Arzobipso de la Universidad de Salamanca," f. 20-24. It is dated 3 March 1774 (f. 24v). There appear to be the remains of a seal on f. 20v.
