Treatise on explosives, including 15th-century lists of privileges of artillery masters, probably compiled from Franz Helm's Buch von den probierten Künsten, with watercolor illustrations of explosives and equipment.

11 watercolor illustrations of various explosives (f. 17v, 19v, 26v, 27r, 30r, 30v, 36r, 37v, 41v, 46r, 47r); sub-headings in red ink, with occasional headings and the first initial of the sub-headings in the same brown ink as the text; simple decorative elements in red ink at the end of some sections.
