- Inscription on inside front cover: Questo libro e de Santa Eucharistia de la gla gloria[?].
- First work, heading: Qui comenza lo prolago de le [sic] meditatione de la vita de Christo composto per frate Iacomo de lo ordine di frati minuri traslatato de gramatica in latino. Incipit: Chiasche una persona de questo mondo ... (f. 1r). Parts of the heading are missing due to a loss of the upper outer corner of f. 1. In the heading [Christo] is written Xpo.
- Second work, incipit: Splendore superdo [sic] diu summo fatore ... (f. 87r).
- Third work is missing an unknown amount from the beginning.
- Fourth work, heading: El prolago della meditatione della vita de sanctu Iovanny Baptista (f. 100r). Incipit of prologue (after heading): Ad laude de dio & della vloriosa vergene Maria ... (f. 100r). Incipit of text: Or incomenzamo la prima parte. dicono li sancti de luy che fo el piu singulare homo ... (f. 102r).
- Fifth work, heading: Questa siene la vita de sancto Honofrio confessore (f. 164r). Incipit: Panuntiu humile servo della vostra santita a tucti li servi de dio ... (f. 164r).
- First work copied by Johannes Benedicti Pauli de Nursia, who finished on 4 March 1457 (colophon, f. 85v: Expletus fuit liber iste per me Iohannem Benedicti Pauli de Nursia die quarta mensis martii 1457).
- No indication of copyist or date for the other works, but they appear roughly contemporary.
- The third, fragmentary work is written on a different sort of paper from the other portions of the manuscript.
- Binding loose; cover badly deteriorated and torn. Cover pulling away from book block. Possibly some slight mildew damage in the binding. Various stains and smudges on the leaves. Back endleaf loose.
