• Cover worn in places. Hole in front cover. Some stains and smudges.
   
• Five small slips of paper, contemporary with the manuscript and containing figures, etc., have been laid into the manuscript. They are located between f. 88-89, 99-100, 103-104, 115-116, and 128-129.
