Contemporary stamped pigskin. The heavier script used for section headings and running heads has bled through the paper on many leaves.

Decoration

Painted title page in pink, red, yellow, and green, with a frame of mostly architectural elements and a few botanical elements crowned by small figures labeled "S[anctus] P[ater] Benedictus" and "S[ancta] Catharina" standing on either side of Mary holding the infant Jesus, labeled "Mater Admirabilis" (f. ii recto).

Script

Written in a cursive script, probably by two hands.
