18th-century calf, with leather-stamped coat of arms tipped onto upper and lower covers (matching coat of arms on f. 2r).

Layout

Written in 27-29 long lines; text block outlined in ink, with notes between the outline of the text block and a larger block also outlined in ink.

Decoration

Pen and ink decorations including coat of arms (f. 2r), genealogical tree (f. 4v-5r, detached), decorated title page with cherubs (f. 32r); emblem with foliate design, fruits, bird-like creature, and floating crown (f. 100r); numerous diagrams throughout.

Script

Written in a cursive script by a single hand.
