Privileges, statutes, and laws of Florence and Tuscany covering a wide range of topics: territorial divisions, customs, litigation, ecclesiastical exemption, the conduct of public officials, regulation of trade, inheritance, Jews, etc. Collection of 137 documents, both copies and originals, dated 1541-1715, most dated ca. 1650-1700, not in chronological order, each document is numbered in a contemporary hand; no. 114 (1 May 1700) and no. 136 (1714) are printed. Documents are indexed (f. i recto-viii verso).
