Summary

Breviary (imperfect, misbound) perhaps produced in Langres. It includes the commemoration to St. Mammès, the patron saint of Langres. The manuscript was originally numbered in 2 series, one for the Temporale (liturgical directions for the season of the church year), the other for the Sanctorale (liturgical directions for the veneration of the saints). Folios 1-6 and 178-193 have no contemporary foliation, they contain portions of the psalms and the canticles.

Extensive rubrication, capitals and initials in red and blue throughout, some with red or purple filigree (f. 1r-6r, 178r-193v).
