- Inscription (flyleaf i recto): Caesar Strada Apostolicarum literarum scriptor excellentissimus. Comes palatinus magnificus Nobilissima Stradorum familia legitime ortus. Eius gloria est splendor ac patrie seculique sui decus perhenne hic.
- Inscription (f. 158r): Universis et singulis presentes literas inspecturis Bonifacius de Almancir maior Cardinalis atque penitentiarius alme Ecclesie compostelano salutem in Domino sempiternam. Cum itaque sicut accepimus devotus in Christo Dominus Caesar Ludovicus Stradinus sacerdos et peregrinus confessus et absolutus fuit atque dominicum corpus in predicta Ecclesia recepit et pluries celebravit. In eiusdem testimonium has nostras prefactas literas nomine et signe nostris solitis et consuetis roboratas et munitas eidem concessimus. Datur Compostelle die septimo mensis Junii anno milesimo quingentesimo trigesimo quarto. Bonifacius Cardinalis Maior.
