- Item 3 incipit: In nomine Iesu Christi incipiunt interrogaciones que de scripturis sanctis et canonibus sacris in foro penitencie ad utilitatem confitencium fieri possunt et debent (f. 37r).

- Folios 1-58 are 14th century, folios 59-72 are 13th century, originally from at least two different manuscripts, from Germany (according to Zacour-Hirsch).
- Some leaves stained, breaking at the edges.
