- 1st work (f. 1r): Incipit prohemium de arte bene moriendi...Cum de presentis exilii miseria mortis transitus propter moriendi... Attributed to Matthew of Cracow by Zacour-Hirsch (note, p. 19), but this attribution is questioned by S. Clark.
- 3rd work (f. 14r): Incipit liber de miseria humane conditionis editus a Lothario dyacono Cardinali tituli sanctorum Sergii et Bachi. Qui postea Innocentius papa in appellatus est. Titulum autem opusculi portuensis episcopi est nomini dedicavit. Incipiunt capta euisdem libri. De miseria hominis...
