• Title from title page [i]. Parts of title are lost due to insect damage, and are supplied from the title for Audiger's La maison reglée, 1692. The headings for recipes here agree generally with the section "De la distilation" in Audiger's book, but there are significant differences between this text and the Audiger text published in Amsterdam, 1697.
