- Copy notarized by Petrus Agarius, after the original by Blasius Boysserius (f. 21v).
- Description of the manuscript in French, probably 19th-century in date, bound in before f. [i].
- Generally in good condition. Some staining on corners. Last folio slightly torn.
- According to Zacour-Hirsch, Jean Albalet is really Jean Arbelète.
