Manuscript is used for contemplation and study and is a Hindu philosophical treatise dealing with the senses, desire, the Self, and Ultimate Reality and various social ramifications associated with unenlightened minds (those attached to sensual experience and unable to realize the true nature of the Self (ātman)). Written from the perspective of the Advaita (non-dualism) Vedānta school of philosophy.
