• Colophon supplies the title as Ekākṣaragaṇapatisahasranāmastotra in the Nadyāvartamahātantra, which is presumably incorrect for Nandyāvartamahātantra. Cataloged by Poleman as Ekākṣarīgaṇapatisahasranāmastotra from the Harakārttikeyasaṁvāda of Nadyāvartamahātantra.
   
• Written 6-9 lines per leaf.
   
• Good condition. Folio 11 has worm holes in left margin affecting four lines of text. Orange powder rubbed in over invocation, some words, double dandas, and numbers. Mistakes covered over with yellow or blotched out with black. Marginal corrections. Numerous ink blotches.
