Text of praise and recitation dedicated to the elephant headed Hindu deity Gaṇeśa to be used in private or public meditation and prayer (pūjā). Includes reference to hand gestures (mudrās) such as the śuṇdamudrā and the liṅganiryāṇamurdā and prescribes various formulas (mantras) to be recited by the devotee in honor of various deities, primarily Gaṇeśa, but also Hanumān the monkey god.

- Written 11-12 lines per leaf.
- Diagram on f. 2v: oval formed by double lines with "Devadatta" written repeatedly in center, and the akṣara "va" written around the perimeter.
- Good condition. Left and right margins formed by double red lines. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black. Marginal corrections.
- Incipit: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ om̐ asya śrīgaṇapati ekākṣaramahāmaṁtravidhiḥ // (f. 1r).
