• Title from colophon. Title abbreviation "De * A" occurs in upper left margins of verso folios. The cover folio (1r) and f. 8v, probably written in another hand, refer to the text as Devi Atharva. Mistakenly cataloged by Poleman as Devyarthaśīrṣa.
   
• Written 7 lines per leaf.
   
• Good condition. Lengthy addition on f. 5v. Mistakes covered over with yellow.
