Extract from the book of civil cases of the court of San Miniato, near Pisa, copied by Jacopo di San Miniato on 2 June 1342 and verified by Bartolomeo di San Miniato, concerning the execution of the testament of Moccio di Nardo di San Miniato. Moccio requested that his executors be his own wife, as well as Pietro Bindi, Cellino Nardi, and Corso Lamucci; and that part of his vineyards be given to Giovanni Nuti, who was represented in court by Michele di Tello di San Miniato. A short summary of the case written in Italian on paper is filed with the document.
