Summary
Long rolled document containing copies of proceedings of 2 trials. The first set of proceedings, whose dates range from 10 December 1375 to 31 March 1376, concern a lawsuit brought against Niccolò and Feo Niccolini, sons and heirs of Luca Niccolini, by brothers Niccolò and Angelo da Uzzano, sons and heirs of Giovanni da Uzzano, for an outstanding debt Luca Niccolini had with Giovanni da Uzzano. The second set of proceedings, whose dates range from 15 January to 31 March 1376, pertain to the case of Caterina de' Bardi, widow of Alessandro di Giovanni da Uzzano, and her father Marco de' Bardi, against Alessandro's heirs Niccolò and Angelo da Uzzano, to recover her dowry and other donations she made while still married. All the litigants are from Florence.
