Binding

Bound in bright red leather over pasteboard with flap (Type II); double frame of blind stamped vines and flowers along the outside and sets of double lines for the inside frame; small flowers stamped in the frame corners; central, blind-stamped paper onlay mandorla connected to the frame along the vertical axis by a set of double lines; flap has matching onlay and blind tooling; purple and white printed textile fore-edge hinge doublure.
