- Colored inks (red, green, yellow and blue) on fine vellum. Contains symbols: candelabras made from writing, hands filled with writing, margins of writing, six segmented circle[s] filled with writing, semicircles and inner rectangles with writing. Contains various names of God. Note in small Hebrew Binder: "photo borrowed Mar. '76." Not yet fully catalogued. Metadata based on image and Advanced Papyrological Information System (APIS) data. Title based on Prof. Robert A. Kraft's 1990 survey of University Museum Hebrew Manuscripts. Intact except for 1/2 of upper margin, upper right corner, small part of right margin had been folded a few times.
