Recto contains one blank page and one page with 30 lines (7 complete). Verso contains one page with 29 lines (8 complete) and one page with 7 lines (3 complete). Not yet fully catalogued. Metadata based on image and Advanced Papyrological Information System (APIS) data. Title based on Prof. Robert A. Kraft's 1990 survey of University Museum Hebrew Manuscripts. Badly mutilated.
