Mostly intact; the top-left corner has a piece missing and there are several small holes along the left margin. There appear to be one (maybe two) vertical crease marks.

Text is on one side only, 8 lines written with the fibers, in three hands. All margins are intact. Lines 1-4 are in one hand, ending at autou i in line 4. Lines 4-7 are in a second hand, from Epeiph in 4 through all of 7. Line 8 is in a third hand.

Provenance

Excavated by Grenfell and Hunt (1898-9) on behalf of the Egyptian Exploration Fund, and donated to the University Museum in return for its support (1901, Dr. Parrish Collection).
