Summary
Letter to a woman called Athenarous, announcing the dispatch of oil and fruit. The writer, whose name is lost, seems to have occupied some official position, for he mentions that he was about to accompany the praefect to Coptos. (Grenfell and Hunt)
Notes
- The left and right margins, while frayed, show no loss of writing. The top and bottom margins, however, are broken, with clear loss of lines, either whole or partial.
- Text mentions the location of Coptos.
