- Heavily fragmented piece of papyrus, cartonnage highly evident. Three distinct patterns of cartonnage: Solid blue, red and white striped, and a diamond pattern consisting of a red background with light blue lines and orange circlets at the corners. There is writing against the fibers (untranscribed).
