Folio 44v: "Ditz vorgeschriben püchlein von den hohen Künsten und leren Aristotelem di er dem grossen kunig Allexander geben hat der ersam und wohlgelert Herr Melchior maister der siben freyen Kunst und Brethhers unnser Lieben frawen pfarrbrethen zu Kunigshoven umb vesten Her Sigmunden von Lennterszhann zu Mur Riltere Im von Lattrim zu teutscher sprach gemachet und gebracht." English translation: Herr Melchior, master of the seven liberal arts and parish priest of Our Lady's church at Königshofen [north of Bamberg in Franconia] at the request of the noble, serious and worthy Herr Sigmund von Lenntershann of Mur, knight, made the translation from Latin into German.
