• Written for Carthusian use in the archdiocese of Cambrai, now north of France; early ownership inscription of the Carthusians of Enghien, in Hainaut; R. Henry; Rudolph Frederick Kelker, Harrisburg, PA: his sale, Henkels, Philadelphia, June 11, 1908, no. 43; (directly to?) John Frederick Lewis, Philadelphia; given by his widow, Anne Baker Lewis, to the Free Library of Philadelphia in 1936; Contemporary ownership inscription on front flyleaf of a Carthusian monastery near Enghien in Belgium, where ms may have been written: "Lib(er) do[mus] capelle b[eati] ma[riae] v[ir]g[ini]s iux[t]a a[n]gia[m] ord carth."
