- Fragment begins with the 22nd of February and runs to the 15th of September
- Folios are severely damaged in outer margins; extant folios are of variable sizes
- The collation is uncertain; folios 9 and 16 are now single but may once have been conjoined, in which case the collation formula would be 1-3 (8), 4 (6)
